It is important to understand that there are memory problems in all age groups. Children seem to forget everything they've just been told. In general, no one has a "perfect" memory. We are bombarded with information all the time and the memory processes only the information that we need to remember. There are many yogic techniques that stimulate the brain and nervous system to improve memory and concentration.
KidzYoga helps children to understand more about anatomy and brings about awareness of a good physical health. It improves memory, increase concentration in children and also self-esteem.
KidzYoga programme often include storytelling, getting into different poses and mimicking the characters in the story. Children are also required to create their own stories, showing what they have learnt. Hence improves the creativity and stamina of a child. KidzYoga also includes stress relieving elements like proper breathing technique, stretching to improve flexibility and circulation.
